Does it work with any TV?
Any display with a free HDMI port — commercial panels, consumer TVs, window displays and portrait totems.
What happens if the internet drops?
Content is stored on the player and keeps playing. The box syncs whatever changed as soon as the connection returns.
Can I run it in portrait?
Yes — portrait, landscape and video wall configurations are all supported.
Do I still need a subscription if I buy the hardware?
Yes. The player runs the Retailr software, which is licensed per screen. Buying the box outright just means the hardware is yours.
Can I start with a Fire TV Stick and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Your content and account stay the same — pair the new player and unpair the old device.
What support comes with it?
