1. Requesting account deletion

You can request deletion of your account in either of these ways:

• Use the account settings page on our platform

Identity verification may be required for security purposes.

2. Processing time

• Account deletion requests are typically processed within a few business days.
• A confirmation email is sent once the account has been deleted.

3. Effect of account deletion

• All personal data, including account information, profiles and associated content, is permanently removed.
• This process is irreversible.
• Some data may be retained for legal obligations, dispute resolution or agreement enforcement.

4. Data retention

• Certain information, such as billing records, may be retained to comply with financial regulations.
• Data that does not directly identify a user, such as aggregated analytics, may be kept for business analysis and reporting.

5. Exceptions

• Deletion requests may be denied if the account is involved in an ongoing investigation or has outstanding financial obligations.
• Accounts linked to essential services may not be deletable where deletion would disrupt ongoing commitments.

6. Reactivation

• Once an account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated and all associated data is permanently lost.
• To return to the platform, you will need to create a new account.
