What is the OCI DMAP Program?

The program is divided into two phases:
Phase 1: Digital Modernization & Adoption Plan (DMAP)
Phase 1 focuses on planning your digital transformation journey.
Businesses work with an approved Digital Adoption Consultant (DAC) to evaluate current systems, identify technology gaps, and create a customized roadmap for modernization.
This phase helps businesses answer questions like:
- What technology should we adopt?
- How can we improve efficiency?
- Which systems should be integrated?
- How can AI improve customer engagement?
- What is the ROI of digital transformation?
DMAP Phase 1 Grant Details
Eligible businesses can receive:
Up to $15,000 in funding
Covers up to 50% of eligible project costs
Funding is used for Digital Adoption Consultant services to develop a custom digital transformation plan.
Phase 1 Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, businesses generally must:
✅ Be an Ontario-based, for-profit business
✅ Have 1–499 employees
✅ Be federally or provincially incorporated with a valid Business Number
✅ Have a permanent business establishment in Ontario
✅ Demonstrate readiness to adopt digital technology.

Phase 2: Technology Demonstration Program (TDP)

Eligible businesses can receive:
Up to $50,000 in funding
Covers up to 50% of eligible implementation costs
