Retailr AI – Refund, Return & Hardware Deposit Policy
General Refund & Return Policy
Retailr AI operates under a strict no-refund policy. Once a purchase is made—whether for software, hardware, or services—it is non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges or returns except in the case of defective hardware during the initial installation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

Digital or downloadable software products

Subscription fees (monthly or annual)

Media players and related accessories once activated (media player bought directly or from third party platforms like Amazon or etc.)

Display Units
Defective or Damaged Goods
If any hardware arrives defective or damaged, please notify us immediately at support@retailr.ai. We will replace it only if the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery and verified by our support team.
Hardware Deposit Refund Terms

A refundable hardware deposit is required at the time of installation.

Deposit will only be refunded upon official cancellation of the Retailr AI software subscription with a minimum of 60 days’ prior written notice.

No deposit will be refunded unless the subscription is formally cancelled.

Hardware must be returned in complete, original condition—including all components such as media players, screens, cables, adapters, remotes, and mounting parts.

If any part is missing or damaged, the hardware will be considered incomplete and no refund will be issued.

A $35 restocking fee per device will be deducted from the refunded deposit upon approved return.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after inspection and verification of returned items.
Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. Retailr AI is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
