Retailr AI – Refund, Return & Hardware Deposit Policy

General Refund & Return Policy

Retailr AI operates under a strict no-refund policy. Once a purchase is made—whether for software, hardware, or services—it is non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges or returns except in the case of defective hardware during the initial installation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Digital or downloadable software products

  • Subscription fees (monthly or annual)

  • Media players and related accessories once activated (media player bought directly or from third party platforms like Amazon or etc.)

  • Display Units

Defective or Damaged Goods

If any hardware arrives defective or damaged, please notify us immediately at support@retailr.ai. We will replace it only if the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery and verified by our support team.


Hardware Deposit Refund Terms

  • A refundable hardware deposit is required at the time of installation.

  • Deposit will only be refunded upon official cancellation of the Retailr AI software subscription with a minimum of 60 days’ prior written notice.

  • No deposit will be refunded unless the subscription is formally cancelled.

  • Hardware must be returned in complete, original condition—including all components such as media players, screens, cables, adapters, remotes, and mounting parts.

  • If any part is missing or damaged, the hardware will be considered incomplete and no refund will be issued.

  • A $35 restocking fee per device will be deducted from the refunded deposit upon approved return.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after inspection and verification of returned items.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. Retailr AI is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
